  • Doula Kitchen provides nourishing, healing meals that are rooted in ancestral traditions, Ayurveda, and holistic nutrition. We create custom phase-specific menu plans to support your postpartum recovery. Our meals are chef prepared, quality sourced, and delivered fresh.

  • Each package offers different levels of support. If you’re looking for immediate postpartum nourishment, the Rebirth Recovery package is a great place to start & you can purchase that directly from our shop. For longer-term support, consider the Essential Mama (4 weeks), Supported Parents (6 weeks, double portions), or Nourished Family (third-trimester + postpartum care). If you're unsure, we can help guide you after reviewing your needs.

  • Yes! We customize your meals based on personal preferences, dietary restrictions, and allergies. All our menus are free of gluten, dairy, refined sugar & seed oils. After booking, we’ll go over your specific needs to create a plan that feels right for you.

  • Weekly meals are delivered fresh and ready to eat based on a pre-set schedule. All meals arrive fully prepared and require minimal reheating. We’ll provide simple instructions for optimal enjoyment.

  • For Birth Recovery package, purchase via our SHOP, and we’ll follow up to coordinate delivery ~2 weeks prior to due date.

    For packages with weekly meal support:

    1. Submit a Service Request form on our website.

    2. Receive your Support Plan with package details via email.

    3. Book a Connection Call to review your preferences.

    4. Sign the Service Agreement & submit a Deposit to secure your dates.
